Schedule: Monday - Sunday - 00:00 - 24:00

Admissions

The admission process is private and effortless.

You receive a friendly and heart-warming reception on your admission for treatment to our clinic. In most cases, admissions need to be pre-reserved, but we can take in a new admission within one day of making a reservation.

Referrals are recognized from a healthcare professional, the client and a loved one. Our team is prepared to receive you upon arrival once you have confirmed your booking.

You will get to know our medical staff once you get to our centre and you will be shown around so you can get to know everything about it. In addition to a schedule of therapy meetings, you will be given a welcome pack that will help you get familiar with everything you should know about Sanctuary Lodge and your stay here. Please call us when you cannot travel to our clinic on your own.

After Admission - Your Initial 24 Hours

In the course of the very first 24 hours, we'll make arrangements for you to visit our detoxification specialist psychiatrist.

Your medical and psychological treatment needs will be assessed during this first and important step. A full detoxification regimen would be prescribed for administration if it be required. The detox will then be carried out and controlled by our medical experts under a rigorous protocol.

Please don't forget to bring along any meds that you have possibly been taking and provide us the particulars of your doctor's health centre.

The psychiatrist will provide you with recommendations and emphasize any areas of your treatment that need specialist attention. Our goal is to make sure that you treatment needs are met during your stay, therefore we will make sure that anything recommended or highlighted is then incorporated into your bespoke treatment plan. In order to ensure that you are always receiving the best in healthcare at all times, our clinical director, counsellors and medical professionals will periodically and continually review your treatment plan.

Our friendly staff will then help you settle in once your assessment has been completed. We completely comprehend that this can be a really worrying and distressing moment for many, but our dedicated team are available to give support and guidance always.
